New NEUCA product in the TU Zdrowie Insured Panel
HeyCzeker is a new free tool that has been added to the TU Zdrowie Insured Panel. The tool will allow the insured to make a preliminary assessment of their health status and will recommend which specialist they should consult. Then the insured can schedule a stationary visit or e-visit under the TU Zdrowie health insurance.
The new functionality in the TU Zdrowie Insured Panel is yet another result of synergy with NEUCA Group. HeyCzeker will enable a preliminary assessment of the health status and will suggest which specialist should be consulted for specific medical complaints.
- HeyCzeker is a free tool built around the potential of AI and the doctor’s insights, which provides a way to preliminarily diagnose health problems. The result we get is a valuable hint for the patient as to what steps they should take and if they need to see a doctor. It is enough to specify your symptoms in a brief anonymous survey and answer questions selected on the basis of the information provided earlier. Of course, it is not about the patient trying to diagnose themselves using our tool, but to speed up their way to the right specialist - says Zofia Spandowska, Head of Patient Marketing in NEUCA Group.
After the initial health assessment with HeyCzeker, the insured can schedule an appointment for a stationary visit or a teleconsultation under their health insurance with TU Zdrowie. In addition to HeyCzeker, HeyDoc, a paid access to e-visits within the NEUCA system, will also appear in the Insured Panel.
- HeyDoc is an alternative for the insured whose TU Zdrowie policy coverage does not include consultation with a selected specialist. Then, they can use HeyDoc platform to pay for an e-visit - says Teresa Domańska, Health Insurance Bureau Director at TU Zdrowie.
HeyDoc is a complex and technologically friendly solution offering an option to obtain paid access to medical care through e-visits to a selected doctor. It is composed of a regular team of doctors of diverse specialties, who reside and work all over Poland. The patient has access to family doctors and pediatricians, as well as many specialists, such as an allergist, endocrinologist, gynecologist or psychiatrist. The patient can also choose the form of consultation - chat, phone or video.
HeyCzeker and HeyDoc are other products of NEUCA Group introduced to the Insured Panel as a result of the incorporation of TU Zdrowie into the Group. Since April this year the insured in TU Zdrowie have also benefited from remote visits through the modern NEUCA system.
