A medical operator is an entity that schedules and arranges medical services for the insureds on behalf of the insurer. At TU ZDROWIE, this service is provided by Unimedi sp. z o.o., an operator belonging to the NEUCA Group. Due to the dynamic growth of the area of healthcare services organization, a single comprehensive, innovative healthcare ecosystem has been created within the NEUCA structures – Świat Zdrowia Operator Medyczny sp. z o.o. Starting December 1, 2023, Unimedi sp. z o.o will also become part of it.
For TU ZDROWIE’s clients, the incorporation of Unimedi into the structure of the medical operator Świat Zdrowia primarily entails an improvement in the quality of services. The system handling appointment scheduling at TU ZDROWIE remains the same; in this respect, the change involves only the operator’s name and registration data. The incorporation of Unimedi into the medical operator Świat Zdrowia creates new opportunities for TU ZDROWIE. The purpose of the change is to further boost the level of service quality and ensure end-to-end service for the insureds.
