In the Intermediary’s Zone we have provided a unique tool in the Polish market: - Calculator for the Intermediary, which enables you to prepare a personalised offer for your Client.
The new tool allows to prepare the Polisa Zdrowie (Policy “Health”) offer for up to 30 people in a few easy steps.
Additional built-in features of the Calculator are::
1. Automatic searching and booking of companies from a database by entering the NIP number
2. Simple module to calculate a premium – just enter a number of people to be insured and you will receive an initial quote.
3. A possibility to choose several variants of supplementary modules, i.e. rehabilitation, dentistry, preventive check-ups.
4. Quick and easy creation and saving of offers on a TU ZDROWIE form in the PDF format.
5. When the offer is accepted, there is a possibility to request an insurance application form and a policy.
In order to get access to the new calculator in the Intermediary’s Panel, please contact your account manager with that request.
Once access is granted, the calculator is available to you after signing in to the Intermediary’s Panel in the tab: OFFERS/New Offer.
New Offer allows quick preparation of a new insurance offer. We introduced a facility, for instance, that by entering the Customer’s (future Policyholder’s) NIP number: the company name, location and business activity type will automatically be completed in the form on the basis of the Polish Classification of Activities – PKD.

Online appointment booking gives a possibility to make medical appointments online, directly in a doctor’s schedule.
It is available via the Insured Person’s Platform

POLISA ZDROWIE gives a possibility to use services covered by the insurance in any medical facility in Poland.
You may use services in medical facilities and doctors’ offices that are not part of TU ZDROWIE partnership network on a reimbursement basis, i.e. the cost of the service will be returned to you. As a result you have full freedom to pick the location where you want to be treated.
TU ZDROWIE guarantees a return of the cost incurred for medical services to the Insured up to the amount restricted by the Upper Payment Limit (UPL), defined for each medical service in the Catalogue of Benefits.
TU ZDROWIE is the only company in the market that allows increase of reimbursement limits (amount of UPL) -
E-reimbursement -allows you to send an online cash benefit claim form via the Insured Person’s Platform.
All you need to do is to log in to the Platform, fill in the online form, attach a scan or a photo of an invoice/receipt and click “send”.
By using the e-reimbursement, you don’t need to send any paper documents to TU ZDROWIE, which reduces waiting time for the benefit to be paid out. -
Every Employer and agreement are looked after by an Individual Group Assistant, who remains in close contact with the Customer and is responsible for an effective and convenient collaboration. Additionally, as a Insured Person’s Intervention Assistant their role is to help in challenging situations, e.g. in case there is an obstacle to deliver a service.
