TU ZDROWIE S.A. organisational structure takes into account requirements of the Solvency II Directive in the respect of division of functions between Management Board Members. The structure is based on four divisions managed by the Members of the Management Board.
Under the Management Board Division operate organisational units responsible for carrying out a compliance function, internal audit and internal control (the Management Board Chairman’s supervision).
Under the Insurance and Claim Settlement Division operate organisational units responsible for product management, claim settlement, insurance agreement servicing, complaints and grievances handling, intermediaries and IT handling as well as systems supervision (the Management Board Member’s supervision)
Under the Risk and Finance Division operate organisational units responsible for an actuarial function and risk management, management of the finance, accounting and reporting fields. (supervision of the Management Board Member responsible for risk management)
Under the Sales and Management Division operate organizational units responsible for executing the sales and marketing function. (the Management Board Chairman’s supervision)
