“Algorithm for Health,” a new workshop for insurance brokers
“Algorithm for Health” - this was the theme of another workshop organized by TU Zdrowie targeting brokers, held in mid-June 2023. An algorithmic sales workshop was a key highlight of the agenda. What was the idea behind this meeting?
The event, which took place on June 15 - 16 in Powidz and was carried out under the theme “Algorithm for Health,” was attended by dozens of representatives of brokerage firms from all over Poland, with which TU Zdrowie completed the most transactions and achieved the best business results last year.
“TU Zdrowie’s share of indirect sales accounts for about 70% of the total portfolio. In turn, new indirect channel sales for 2022 were almost twice as high as in the previous year. While appreciating our partners, we also try to actively shape our relations and cooperation with brokers and multiagents. Therefore, we invite them to participate in workshops, training and brainstorming sessions where we share our knowledge and years of experience in building, offering and deploying medical care plans. It’s important that our partners, who meet with clients on our behalf, have the best available, broad knowledge. In parallel, we listen to their questions and concerns, reports from meetings with clients. We take this information into account when considering our products and solutions,” stressed Bernard Kucharski, TU Zdrowie’s sales director responsible for cooperation with intermediaries.
The content part of the recent meeting kicked off with a training session updating and expanding the knowledge of brokers and multiagents on solutions offered by TU Zdrowie against the background of recent changes within the private medical care market. However, the main highlight of the meeting in Powidz was the “Algorithmic workshop on COUNTER_Productive and DOWNRIGHT_Productive behaviors and activities in sales and sales management,” which was led by Tristan Tresar, founder of “Algorytmia.com.”
“The Sales Algorithm is an effective model for efficiently achieving results, which proves to be an inspiration and methodological reference for us as well. We are committed to showing our insurance brokers very concrete and very practical tools to improve their daily workshop. I am convinced that work on our joint methodology will bring even better understanding and very good results from our cooperation,” Bernard Kucharski explained.
Arranged by TU Zdrowie, the Powidz meeting also offered an opportunity to honor intermediaries with awards for their achievements.
“Our awards are a symbolic and, I hope, nice expression of thanks to our partners and appreciation of their contribution to our cooperation and great results. We awarded the intermediaries with whom we achieved the best sales results,” said TU Zdrowie CEO Alexander Roda, who handed out the awards.
TU Zdrowie regularly invites its business partners to participate in meetings, training sessions and workshops. A year ago, the company held a meeting themed “From Health to Life,” which was attended by nearly 100 representatives of brokerage firms from all over Poland. Back then, brokers learned about new products and tools dedicated to servicing policies and group clients.
