TeleReimbursable Policy

POLISA ZDROWIE gives a possibility to use services covered by the insurance in any medical facility in Poland.
You may use services in medical facilities and doctors’ offices that are not part of TU ZDROWIE partnership network on a reimbursement basis, i.e. the cost of the service will be returned to you. As a result you have full freedom to pick the location where you want to be treated.
TU ZDROWIE guarantees a return of the cost incurred for medical services to the Insured up to the amount restricted by the Upper Payment Limit (UPL), defined for each medical service in the Catalogue of Benefits.
TU ZDROWIE is the only company in the market that allows increase of reimbursement limits (amount of UPL).

E-reimbursement allows you to send an online cash benefit claim form via the Insured Person’s Platform.
All you need to do is to log in to the Platform, fill in the online form, attach a scan or a photo of an invoice/receipt and click “send”.
By using the e-reimbursement, you don’t need to send any paper documents to TU ZDROWIE, which reduces waiting time for the benefit to be paid out.

Every Employer and agreement are looked after by an Individual Group Assistant, who remains in close contact with the Customer and is responsible for an effective and convenient collaboration. Additionally, as a Insured Person’s Intervention Assistant their role is to help in challenging situations, e.g. in case there is an obstacle to deliver a service.

Guarantee of shortest service performance time:

• Up to 1 day – paediatricians, internists, GPs
• Up to 3 days – practitioners specialists (up to 5-7 days for few rare specialisations)

or 100% reimbursement of cost incurred for a consultation in a freely chosen medical facility with any practitioner of a given specialisation, should meeting the standards by the 24h Helpline be impossible.

All medical consultations, paediatric specialists included, are available without a referral.

E-rejestracja dostępna jest za pośrednictwem Panelu Ubezpieczonego.

Telemedicine means convenient, remote consultations via telephone, text chat or video with primary care doctors: general practitioner, internist, paediatrician and other specialist practitioners, including those with paediatric specialisations. Remote consultation can be booked at all times via the Insured Person’s Platform or the helpline.
