TU ZDROWIE realizes medical services for and on behalf of Open Life Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Życie S.A within the scope of selected insurance option, as detailed in the insurance terms.
Medical services are performed only within the duration of insurance cover. In case of health plans providing support after a heart attack, a stroke or trauma and oncological assistance, the aim is to restore or maintain the Insured Person’s health. The medical services are fully coordinated by a Medical Consultant. In order to begin to avail the services offered by the support after a heart attack, a stroke or trauma and oncological assistance health plans, you need to send a “Start a Health Programme - Application Form” together with a copy of medical records that confirm the occurrence of the event.
