Change of medical operator
As of June 1, 2022, there was a change in the medical operator, i.e. the company that schedules and organizes medical services for the Insureds on behalf of TU Zdrowie. UNIMEDI, which - just like TU Zdrowie - belongs to the NEUCA Group, will be the new medical operator.
Both the phone number 58 888 2999 and the procedure for scheduling appointments remain the same. IGA, the Intelligent Voice Assistant designed to provide a quick response and accept orders for the implementation of services, is also an important element supporting the service.
