TU Zdrowie Insured Panel expanded with a module for ordering pharmaceuticals
By joining the NEUCA Group, TU Zdrowie grants its customers access to the Apteline.pl booking service via the Insured Panel. This makes it easier to order medicines recommended by doctors. Reservations made on Apteline.pl are eligible for pick-up at the pharmacy of your choice.
Apteline.pl is an online service for booking medications, including hard-to-find and prescription drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics and medical devices directly to the desired pharmacy in Poland. During the booking, you can consult with a pharmacist, who will help you choose the right drug or a cheaper substitute, as well as answer questions about the preparations used. Apteline.pl is also a database of articles on health topics.
-Introduction of Apteline.pl is another step in building the Insured Panel as a Health Support Center, where the insured can both search for facilities in convenient locations, schedule telemedicine or stationary appointments with general practitioners or other specialists, submit refund requests, and order prescribed medications immediately after the visit - says Teresa Domańska, Director of the Health Insurance Department.
The Apteline.pl portal belongs to NEUCA - a Polish pharmaceutical company with 30 years of market presence. NEUCA is a leader in wholesale distribution of medicines and is active in several areas of the healthcare market.
- Apteline.pl has already more than 3,700,000 users. They are encouraged by the option to book a medicine in a short time to the pharmacy of their choice. Noteworthy, more than 90% of ordered medicines can be purchased and picked up at the pharmacy within 24 hours from the time of reservation (on business days), or even on the same day. Currently, Apteline.pl offers over 16 thousand medicines. Notably, all products reserved for purchase at a selected pharmacy are transported to pharmacies in appropriate conditions directly from the wholesaler - stresses Michał Kudłacik, e-commerce director at NEUCA Group.
Access to solutions developed by the NEUCA Group members is just one of the benefits following the incorporation of TU Zdrowie into the Group. Since April this year, the TU Zdrowie insured have also benefited from distance visits organized via the state-of-the-art NEUCA system.
