TU Zdrowie Policyholder Panel with new HR-friendly features
The development and expansion of IT tools supporting policy management is one of the most important components related to providing services to the insureds at TU Zdrowie. Further functionalities added to the Policyholder Panel will even more facilitate the work of HR departments, including being able to log in with a single account when servicing several companies within a single capital group. New reporting and policy grouping options have also been introduced to the Panel.
The TU Zdrowie Policyholder Panel is a tool that allows HR departments to administer employee policies. It allows you to add people registered for insurance to the system one by one, generate documentation independently through the system, and then manage payments and packages. Through the Panel, managers have access to the current balance and all necessary documents.
“Multi-logging is a new feature. It applies to situations where the HR department handles more than one company within a group company. The client-side administrator is then provided with one login and one password, and after logging in, he sees all the companies within the group in the Panel and chooses the one he wants to work on. An additional form of reports is another feature. Until now, a comparison of changes between insurance periods was available. The new report intuitively shows changes in the selected period for partnership and family packages. Importantly, HR departments can generate a summary with the number of family members, the price of the package, and whether it is an accession, package change or resignation,” – says Sławomir Koszewski, Management Board member of TU Zdrowie.
Noteworthy, too, is the option to divide employees according to where they do their work and assign them to people serving particular locations. This is important for companies that have units in different cities, in which case their employees’ accounts are handled by HR departments looking after a specific location. Access to the database of employees throughout the country is possible from the “master” level.
“The Policyholder Panel module for handling e-declarations has also been expanded. It now allows a client-side administrator to see which e-Declarations they have approved and rejected. They can also see the e-Declarations already being entered by employees; when an employee has logged in, selected an option, but has not yet approved the document. Approval of a declaration adds the employee to the list of people. Rejection results in the “disappearance” of the person. After entering this report, the HR employee can be sure what has happened to the declaration, whether he has definitely approved or rejected it. The “entry in progress” status allows the HR employee to make sure their employees complete the registration,” – explains Sławomir Koszewski.
Over the past years, the TU Zdrowie Policyholder Panel has been successively modified and a number of new functionalities have been introduced. From the Panel, HR departments also have access to the Occupational Medicine Panel, which facilitates the management of referrals to occupational physicians and full control over the validity of employees’ certificates.
