- Po zakończonej konsultacji otrzymasz podsumowanie rozmowy i zalecenia.

Jak korzystać z konsultacji zdalnych?

Aby umówić się na konsultację:
1. Zaloguj się do Panelu Ubezpieczonego na www.tuzdrowie.pl- Kliknij ikonkę E-WIZYTY na górze strony www.tuzdrowie.pl i załóż swoje konto, jeśli jeszcze go nie masz.
- Po zalogowaniu wybierz specjalizację lekarską, w ramach której chcesz zrealizować zdalną konsultację,
- Wybierz formę zdalnej konsultacji: video, czat lub rozmowa telefoniczna oraz termin konsultacji.
- Oczekuj na kontakt od lekarza.
2. In order to make an appointment for the consultation, call TU ZDROWIE Helpline on 58 888 2 999 and press 2.- A consultant will make an appointment on your behalf, soon after you will receive a text message with further instructions on how to sign in together with the appointment date and your doctor’s name.

Signing in for the first time
You will receive your sign in password in a text message after requesting your first online consultation. Once you sign in, you will be asked to change the password. You will need the password to sign in in the future, therefore it is worth saving or memorising it.
If you forget your password
If you cannot sign in despite entering your sign in details, try the FORGOT PASSWORD option.You will receive a randomly generated access code sent to the mobile number you provided. Once you enter the code you will be redirected to your profile page with personal data and there you will be able to reset your password.

If it is your first online consultation, you will receive an additional text message with signing in details to the tuzdrowie.telemedi.co website. -
If the doctor leaves medical dispositions on your profile, you will receive a notification via an e-mail or a text message.
In order to read the document:- Sign in to the tuzdrowie.telemedi.co website
- Choose ARCHIVE tab and pick the relevant consultation
- Click DOWNLOAD DISPOSITIONS
If the patient was a child, the documents are in the child's account. -
The referral needs to be printed out. All received referrals can be found in patient’s profile in the tab DOCUMENTS – received referrals.

In order to receive an e-prescription for reimbursable medications you need to attach to the consultation your medical record (for the doctor to see) that entitles you to receive such prescription, e.g. a medical certificate acknowledging that you suffer from a chronic disease or that you take long-term medications, etc. Additionally, the matter needs to be discussed with the doctor during the consultation. The doctor cannot issue a prescription for reimbursable medications just on the basis of an interview with a patient.

Prior to or during the consultation you can attach files with personal medical records on treatment history (test results, doctors’ certificates on medications taken long-term and other, any documents that may help to formulate a diagnosis)
In order to attach a file:
- Sign in to the tuzdrowie.telemedi.co website
- Choose the DOCUMENTS tab
- Click ACCESS, then choose ATTACH FILE
- Pick a file on your drive which you want to attach and save it (the accepted file format is pdf, png, jpg, and size under 5MB)

Soon after the online consultation finishes the doctor will leave dispositions on the website in your profile containing a summary of what was established during the consultation. You may ask one more question within 24h after the consultation – all you need to do is to sign in to your profile, enter the consultation log and write down the question in the ENTER A MESSAGE field. Once the doctor replies, you will receive a notification in a text message that the reply is already available in your profile.

Requesting an online consultation, i.e. a telephone consultation, a text chat or a video chat you can:
- receive medical advice
- consult your medical test results with an internist, GP and paediatrician,
- receive a referral for further medical examinations
- receive an e-prescription
