How does it work?
The medical interview is in a form of a survey. Based on the answers you provide to questions referring to risk factors and observed symptoms, you will receive recommendations what to do next, e.g., advice to contact medical services, to stay at home and maintain the principles of a quarantine, as well as recommendations in relation to preventive care.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The information you provide is not shared with anyone. The survey is anonymous.
Are the survey results equal to medical diagnosis?
The interview serves only informational purposes and is not a consultation, medical advice nor diagnosis. Act according to the recommendations and if you feel that your health is in danger contact medical services immediately.
Are the results reliable?
The interview and its results base entirely on the WHO and CDC guidelines on COVID-19. Its purpose is to support our Insured Persons in making the best decisions in case they suspect to have been infected with the coronavirus.
